That day, the sunshine through the windows of the workshop sprinkled in the production line, the workers as usual, organized and busy. Suddenly, a noise broke the peace. It turned out to be the old week in the operation of the machine, accidentally sprained his waist, the pain is straight out of cold sweat, face white. Colleagues around the work immediately stopped their hands, gathered around.
Li was the first to react, quickly ran to the infirmary to find a doctor. Xiao Wang and Xiao Zhang carefully helped Lao Zhou to a side chair, while comforting him, while helping him gently rub the injured parts. The atmosphere in the workshop was tense all of a sudden, but everyone did not panic, everyone acted spontaneously.
Learning that production might be affected by Lao Zhou’s injury, colleagues from the next production line offered to help. They worked overtime to share Lao Zhou’s task while completing their own work. The original heavy workload became less difficult with everyone’s concerted efforts. When Lao Zhou recovered and returned to the workshop, he was moved to tears when he saw what everyone had done for him. He said, “At the most difficult time, it was everyone’s help that made me feel the warmth of home.” This incident not only let the old week in mind, but also let me deeply feel the cohesion of our team.
