In the production workshop, HDPE granules are melted and drawn at a high temperature of 180°C to form environmentally friendly plastic threads with a diameter of 0.8-1.2mm. We have been optimizing this seemingly simple process for seven years: by introducing the German temperature control system, we have increased the strength of the filament by 40%; and by adopting biodegradable additives, we have made our products comply with the EU REACH regulations. The 48 fully automatic circular looms in the weaving process run around the clock, and the unique double warp and double weft weaving method creates a golden density of 20-25 mesh holes per square centimeter, which ensures ventilation and prevents fruit leakage.
Second, customized services to develop the global market
In the finished product workshop, mesh bags of different specifications are being categorized and boxed. The fluorescent-colored bags developed for the North American market help workers identify them quickly at night warehouses; the double-layer reinforced sewn edges designed for citrus exports can withstand 25 kilograms of stacking pressure; and anti-UV agents are added to products sold to tropical regions.
Third, green intellectual manufacturing to lead the industry upgrading
On the production line, the laser cutting machine is cutting the bags with an accuracy of ±0.5mm, together with the visual inspection system to eliminate defective products. The recycled water treatment system we invested in has reduced production water consumption by 70%, and the recycling rate of trimmings has reached 92%. This environmentally friendly practice has not only gained BSCI certification, but also won long-term orders from international buyers such as Walmart. The intelligent warehousing center, which was opened last year, realizes 48-hour global high-speed shipment through the WMS system, shortening the delivery cycle by one-third.
Standing at the dock piled with containers, watching the containers printed with different countries’ characters sailing to the faraway places, I deeply realized: each mesh bags carries the craftsmanship of Made in China. From the screening of raw materials to the finished product out of the 10 quality inspection process, from customer demand analysis to the logistics tracking of the entire digital management, we have spent 20 years to build a complete solution for agricultural packaging.
